Tucci Heritage Restaurant Fit Out

The Bluewater steak house and bistro, located at the iconic Heathcote reserve in Applecross, was well overdue for a refresh, and the vision of Tucci was born. Working with MATA Design, who developed the fresh new look for the historical building with one of the best views in Perth, was always going to be a pleasure heritage restaurant fit out project.

The scope of works consisted of major reworkings to the main bar, kitchen and function rooms with the addition of a glass washroom. The new custom-made joinery built in-house at Dedicated Construction and the distinctive paint colour selection are the highlights of the project, which overlooks the Swan and Canning rivers in Perth.

The private dining room wall was removed to put the newly renovated kitchen pass on show for the ‘Chef Selection’ dining room guests. Beautiful banquette seats to the main restaurant area with integrated wine walls and LED lighting.

The main bar top and entry host station facade were clad in a spectacular blue marble, which creates a beautiful contrast to the dark original Jarrah floors.

There are not too many places in Perth better to sit and enjoy the amazing produce with a good drink and a view that never gets old.
