Senior Shop Fitter – Installer | Perth | High-End Custom Fits & Great Team Culture

About Us
We’re a Perth-based shop fitting team building custom retail, commercial, and hospitality spaces across Perth, WA. We pride ourselves on top-tier craftsmanship, variety in our projects, and maintaining a genuinely enjoyable workplace where our team actually looks forward to coming in.

We know the industry can be relentless, which is why we prioritise a healthy work-life balance and a family-friendly environment.

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Shop Fitter who still takes pride in the craft. You won’t be churning out the same cookie-cutter flatpacks every week; you’ll be taking lead on varied, detailed, and high-spec fitouts from workshop fabrication through to site completion.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Trade qualification in Cabinet Making, Joinery, or Carpentry.
  • Proven experience leading shop fitting or detailed commercial joinery projects.
  • Strong eye for detail and problem-solving skills on site.
  • High-level blueprint and working drawing interpretation.
  • Valid driver’s license and White Card.

What’s in It for You:

  • Work-Life Balance: We respect family time and stick to reasonable, predictable hours wherever possible.
  • Variety: Every project is different—boutique retail, bespoke hospitality, unique commercial spaces.
  • Great Culture: A close-knit, supportive crew with zero time for toxic site politics.
  • Competitive Pay: Top rates for true trade experience, with reliable work lined up long-term.
