Geometric Spa Fitout for Beyond Rest – Joondalup.

The Dedicated Construction team was called upon to undertake the spa fitout of this unique project. Transforming an large open plan office space into a geometric based contemporary wellness centre which was architecturally designed to suit the serene floatation experience.

Intensive in-ground plumbing works were involved to create 4 custom designed pod room oasis spaces with the filters and pumps located in a remote plant room.

The pod rooms were extensively water proofed throughout with showers installed in each pod room with rain heads mounted from the ceiling. High levels of sound proofing to the walls, ceiling and special anti-vibration platforms installed under each pod.

Due to the high levels of salt and humidity present in the pod rooms a range of high grade materials and building practices were implemented to withstand the corrosive environment.

The unique geometric wall layout required accurate set out practices and custom curved door frames to deliver a seamless final product that the client is exceptionally happy to call their flag ship float centre.
