Complex Redevelopment
CATEGORY
Dedicated Construction were engaged by Silverleaf to dramatically redevelopment the aging shopping strip at 32 Ardross St, Applecross. The 1980 existing structures were dramatically outdated and in dire need of a new lease on life with a full complex redevelopment.
The new vision was developed by Design Theory based in Fremantle. The project consisted of major redevelopment works ranging from large-scale demolition to civil and car park scopes. A new beautiful large-scale steel arbor with a frameless glazed roof. New pedestrian walkway with curved brick planters and feature landscaping works. A full new roofing scope was added to the project during construction, adding a dramatic new look to the shopping strip.
The existing 7 small tenancy’s were modified and largely rebuilt with new shopfronts being extended and individual fit-out works to each space. Two additional new structures and the Canteen Pizza fit out as the project’s crown jewel, transforming the precinct into a stunning architectural gem for the area.
