Dedicated Construction was trusted and the preferred builder for the hospitality spaces at the long-awaited Hamersley Golf Club redevelopment in Karrinyup, Perth, which launched to the public in early December 2024.

Sunny Social is the larger of the two spaces, located in the upper main building and adorned with a custom-made acoustic ceiling detail. This feature was built in the Dedicated Construction joinery shop and lifted into place, creating a beautiful grid ceiling pattern detail that is also highly acoustically rated to absorb general noise.

The other major component of the project consisted of a large commercial kitchen scope with major mechanical and stainless steel works, as well as a large coolroom and keg room construction, rounding out the main scope of work at Sunny Social.

The French wash feature paint finish to the walls and ceiling borders adds warmth to the venue, which works well with the honed concrete floors and soft lighting. which is another beautiful design from MATA Design Studio.

Down at the driving range building a small bar and kitchen called Caddy’s was constructed with custom-made joinery, new gyprock and partition works, new herringbone timber look vinyl floors and a custom cool room/keg room being the main scope of works.

Treat yourself to a trip to enjoy the beautiful grounds, fantastic food and beverages, as well as the amazing facilities on offer for the whole family.

Sunny Social Ceiling Feature

A mix of solid American Black Walnut and matching board was used for the majority of the custom-made joinery and feature ceilings throughout.
