Occupying prime position upon the pristine Cottesloe shores, Il Lido is a timeless beachfront establishment drawing in waves of tourists and locals alike.

Open 364 days a year, Il Lido was in dire need of a refurbishment, yet could only afford a limited window for the restaurant fit out to take place.

The restaurant renovation challenge? A full fitout turned around in just eight days.

This momentous task was handed to Dedicated Construction, whose wealth of shop fitting experience across Perth, particularly within historical buildings, ensured they had both the expertise and experience necessary to deliver.

As with many historical sites, Il Lido carried its own unique set of challenges, all of which required swift solutions to keep the project on track. A myriad of materials created an eclectic palette, fusing grungy industrial highlights with the timeless warmth of timber paneling, feature cornices and genial lighting.

The final result perfectly mirrors the produce of Il Lido itself – cool and casual yet with an immense depth of colour and flavour. The trailblazing interior fit out also serves as a brilliant example of how a relatively inexpensive fit out can rejuvenate a business and create higher revenue.
