Harvey Leigh’s Public House occupies an iconic venue in Highgate which has been around since the early 1900’s. Once we pulled a few layers off the fit out construction, revealing the internal layers, it was clear that some serious rectifications works were required to get it back to presentable state.
The client did not have drawings or specifications for this fit out and so we worked very closely with him and had a large degree of design on the fly construction involved. This was not an issue drawing on Dedicated Constructions long and extensive knowledge of hospitality fit out practises. In some cases working from photos from venues the client had visited in Europe and fallen in love with.
Rustic Signage
There was a large amount of reworking existing furniture and materials at the clients request on this job which was a refreshing take on the normal

The black wainscot paneling detail works very well with the black grain of the solid Marri timber and the shadow line separating the two. These we all designed by DeCo
