The iconic Alex Hotel in Northbridge, Western Australia, is a sophisticated venue, comprising of boutique style hotel rooms with communal facilities, making it stand out from the crowd.
When Dedicated Construction was asked to fit out the new Espresso Bar on the ground floor that opens onto James St, we jumped at the chance. The final product fits perfectly with the existing industrial style of the venue and creates another area for guests and the public to take a break from the theatre that is Northbridge right outside the doors.
As the hotel never closes, we manufactured the main bar and associated items off-site and co-ordinated the full on-site installation of the Espresso Bar, with all services, in just one day to minimise the impact on hotel guests.
Working with ‘Design Theory’, we selected a mix of materials and construction methods to create a unique main bar, with an added touch of class to the industrial styled location.
