The Canteen Pizza Applecross project stands as a testament to our commitment to excellence and innovation. As the final phase of an extensive overall redevelopment of an 8-tenancy shopping strip, this project marks a significant milestone for Dedicated Construction, completed for Silverleaf Developments in late 2023.

Design & Collaboration: Our Canteen Pizza client entrusted the design specifications to the acclaimed Studio Gram (SA), and we believe they have created an extraordinary space. The design features mid-century motifs and a remarkable blend of finishes and fixtures, delivering a unique and captivating atmosphere.

Craftsmanship & Unique Features: The Canteen Pizza venue showcases our dedication to quality and craftsmanship. Unique finishes and beautiful joinery, all built in-house by Dedicated Construction, define the space. From the intricately designed Bar structures to the custom-built furniture in collaboration with Remington Matters on some pieces, every detail has been meticulously crafted to create a warm and inviting hospitality environment.

Community Impact: Since its opening in October 2023, Canteen Pizza has quickly become a hotspot in Applecross, attracting both locals and visitors with its stunning design and quality construction and of course incredible food, beverages and service. We are immensely proud of this project and its role in revitalising the Ardross shopping strip, enhancing the community’s drinking and dining experience.
