Balthazar recently has new management of the restaurant and with the change came changes.
Dedicated Construction was called upon to add new feature walls, wine racks, entrance tiling and bar panel work to the bar and restaurant areas. It was a small job, but needed to be finished well and fit in with the current fit out finishes and quality.
The new managers wanted to keep the traditional style of feel of the ever famous Balthazar restaurant. The new changes we’re focus on improving storage, and seating space throughout the bar and restaurant.
Dedicate Construction has extensive experience in restaurant fit outs in the heritage style. This made the Balthazar fit out an ideal job for the Dedicated Construction boys.
