100 Cups by Fiori Cafe Restaurant

The Fiori 100 Cups flagship store is located in the iconic old Greenhouse premises at ENEX 100 St Georges Terrace. Its this central location that creates a lively venue for the client but also created some difficult hurdles to overcome when it came to the construction and cafe fit out works.

The space had been vacant for two years and it showed extreme wear from its original hay-day when it first launched in 2011. It was very dark and dingy so to see the new design full of light and colour was a pleasure to create. This is the fourth project that we have worked with MATA Design on and think it’s safe to say this project is one of our finest.

The project consisted of new surfaces throughout with custom made perforated acoustic ceilings to the restaurant area. New silver ash hardwood terraced seating to the ground floor alfresco and new roof top deck. Powder coated steel and solid Vic Ash custom joinery units. Bright and colourful paint pallet and some incredible lighting fixtures that make the space really come alive.
